Yesterday, late in the morning, the powers that be shared there was a "miscommunication" and they needed to send someone else out to reinspect the already inspected holes for the concrete. With my mild temperament, I decided to stay out of it and let the contractor handle it, lest the whole project be shut down and I in jail. The inspector came again in the afternoon to confirm that yes there are holes to the correct dept and bredth and with the correct rebar. So, it looks like we can get going once again this morning.
With all the necessary inspections, Popeye and Alfalfa have decided to become inspectors for Taos County. I just posted a picture of them studying for their exam.
